What if I have an idea but only can be drawn on a sketch and use Midjourney to create the image creatively?

Here’s what I will do; first, I will upload the image.

Then, I will use a simple prompt:

Since I did not indicate whether the person is a male or female, it will create images for both genders.

Then, I insert a new prompt:
